Meet Natalia Hatfield

Real estate has been a huge passion for Natalia that started at a young age and has continued to be cultivated. Natalia was born in Bogota, Colombia and in 1999 she moved to Palm Beach County and has called Florida her home since then.

 

At the young age of 22, Natalia purchased her first investment property which has led her to understand the power of Real estate. She understands that where you live becomes the center of your life and where memories are made. Even an investment property can have a profound effect on one's life story when chosen correctly, and it becomes long-term financial freedom and a vital part of her client's well-diverse portfolio.

 

Natalia's strong work ethic and commitment to providing world-class service along with her undergraduate degree in Finance and Real estate studies from Florida Atlantic University led her to start her real estate career in 2020. She has an extensive background in Banking, Accounting and Human Resources which has played a crucial role in her success in the real estate industry. Within the first year, Natalia set herself apart from all other real estate agents and quickly found herself among the top 5% of Real Estate Agents serving St. Lucie County and being honored with the Rookie of the Year award.

 

Natalia values real and long term relationships with all of her clients that continues after closing day and is honored to have served over 40 families in real estate transactions totaling more than $11 Million in sales volume.

 

When Natalia isn’t working, you’ll find her spending time with her family including her and husband, Bryan, her two children, Rachel and Hunter and their two fur babies - Lark & Jax. Natalia and her husband are homeowners in the charming St. Lucie West neighborhood of Lake Charles in Port St. Lucie.
